The Consultation and Treatment Service (CTS)

The Institute offers psychoanalytic treatment for the community. Senior members of the Institute, including graduates, offer psychoanalysis on privately negotiated terms. The Consultation and Treatment Service (CTS) evaluates potential analytic patients who would like treatment at a reduced fee. This allows individuals in the Atlanta area to receive excellent psychoanalytic treatment at a reduced cost, and it allows candidates in the Institute access to supervised cases. The CTS Committee determines the suitability of psychoanalysis for each interested individual and assists in finding alternate treatment if analysis is not the appropriate choice of therapy.
